Gardening can be a lot of fun, a hobby or a job. This course will help you understand the fundamentals of gardening to take the guessing of what you might be doing right or wrong out of the equation. Understand how to ensure your plants receive the optimum growing conditions including nutrition, water, appropriate lighting and pest control.
Without an understanding of the basics though, mistakes are easily made. Time and money can be wasted doing gardening tasks incorrectly, or with the wrong equipment and materials. This short course can be studied in your own time and is great way of learning all of the gardening essentials. This course is a great way of minimising those issues, and creating a better looking, more functional garden.

Our 20 hour courses are self paced and will help you understand a topic in a short amount of time. You can work through the course when you like- test yourself with mini-tests along the way. There are extra case studies or research you can undertake if you would really like to get into the topic. Once you have completed the lessons and self assessment tasks, there is a final exam undertaken online- you can then download your personalised certificate.
Course Content:
This course spans five lessons. At the end of each lesson, there is an online self-assessment test. When you have completed all 5 lessons, you will be presented with a longer test, covering all of the course content. When you successfully complete this test, you can download your Certificate of Completion.
