Develop new Innovative Products and Services
Innovation is about making changes to business processes, methods, techniques, services, or products for the benefit of employees, customers, or the business overall. Unlike an invention which is totally new, i.e., it did not exist before, an innovation is something new based on an existing idea or product, or a change made to an existing product or idea. When we innovate, we remake something, rather than invent something.
Product, process, and service innovations have significant opportunity to positively affect the planet. Using an innovation mindset and reworking existing technology and ideas can improve sustainability, which may reduce pollution and help in the battle against climate change.
In this course you will explore types of innovation, prototyping, creative thinking, and design, as well as how to manage risks and problems. These skills will benefit people in business, supply chain, technology, and many more areas.
Whatever area you work in, or intend to work in, being open to innovation and aware of how to harness it, is a valuable skill.
